|Olive oil 2 tablespoons|
|Cheddar cheese 60gr grated|
|Natural yoghurt 6 tablespoons|
|Black Pepper enough|
How to cook it
Put the grated potatoes in a colander and rinse under cold water, then pat dry with a cloth or paper towels. In a bowl , add the potatoes with the beaten eggs , onions, cheese and black pepper.
Heat the oil over medium heat in a large pan with removable handle . Pour the mixture and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the handle from the pan and bake with the grill preheated, moderate temperature , and simmer for 10 minutes until the frittata is golden and well cooked .
Cut into slices and serve garnished with a spoonful of yogurt.
