Tuna salad and potatoes
Hot to cook it
Boil the potatoes in salted water, cook in the microwave or paying attention to the cooking time. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and place in a bowl large enough.
Add the well-drained tuna, seasoned with olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar, stir well and then add the chopped parsley. Mix well the tuna salad and potatoes with a wooden spoon, the large bowl allows to mix the ingredients well and evenly distribute the oil and salt.
