Diced chicken and potatoes with herbs
|Chicken Breast 400gr|
|Herbs such eg. rosemary, sage, thyme, bay leaf|
|Olive oil enough|
How to cook it
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Put it for five minutes in a large pot of boiling salted water . Drain and allow to cool in a bowl . Dice the chicken breast by removing any fatty parts . Sprinkle with salt to a pan and cook the chicken for about ten minutes on high heat , stirring often with a wooden spoon , then place on a plate.
In the same pan heat a tablespoon of olive oil, add the potatoes and cook for about ten minutes without stirring , then turn them gently and continue cooking for another five minutes .
Meanwhile, finely chop the herbs. Add the chicken to the potatoes , sprinkle with the chopped herbs , heated for a few minutes and serve.
