Mexican Stuffed Potatoes

Potatoes 4 big
Ground beef 300gr
Mexican Sauce 200ml
Onion 100gr
Fontina 150gr
E.v. olive oil enough
Salt e Pepper enough

How to cook it

Wash potatoes well and put to boil . It will take at least 25 minutes , if the potatoes are quite large. Meanwhile fry the onion and add the minced meat . Sauté for 5 minutes, add salt, pepper and salsa . Bake 5-10 minutes, until it has reduced the whole.
Before you do anything, check to see if the potatoes stand or roll . In the second case , cut a bit ' of the base and you will see that will stay off . Cut a bit ' of the upper part and dug a bit ' the interior with the help of a teaspoon .
