Potatoes 1kg For barbecue sauce:
Seed oil for frying enough Onion 100gr
Mayonnaise 200gr Garlig 1 clove
Tabasco 1 teaspoon Apple cider 5 teaspoons
  Passed tomatoes 300ml
  Sugar 1 cucchiaino
  Worcester sauce 8 tablespoon
  Paprika 1 teaspoon
  Salt 1 pinch
  Olive oil 2 tablespoons

How to cook it

Chop garlic and onion very finely and fry in the oil. Then add the apple cider vinegar .
When the vinegar has evaporated, add the tomato puree . Cook five minutes and add the remaining ingredients. Cook another ten minutes.
Puree the barbecue sauce and set aside . Wash potatoes , peel and cut into cubes not too large. Mix barbecue sauce, mayonnaise and Tabasco.
