Towers roast potatoes
|Potatoes 5 of 130gr each|
|E.v. olive oil 12 tablespoons|
|Salt and pepper enough|
How to cook it
To prepare the turrets of roasted potatoes , washed and peeled the potatoes thoroughly , then cut them into fairly thin slices (about 3 mm ) using a mandolin ( if you have not you can do the same with a knife ) . Be careful to cut the potatoes keeping them straight, to get the slices that are as round and smooth as possible .
Chop the rosemary finely with a mixer and begin to compose the turrets : You have the first slice of potato salt , pepper and a pinch of chopped rosemary , superimpose a second slice and season again with salt, pepper and rosemary ; proceed in the same way until form " turrets " high about 4 cm.
When you have made all of them, lay them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and pour a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil on the surface of each turret.
Bake the whole thing at full power of your oven for 25-30 minutes , until golden brown ( be careful not to scorch the potatoes too ) . The turrets of roasted potatoes are ready : serve hot .
