Purple potato pie and cheese
|Vitelotte Potatoes 200gr boiled|
|Brescia Soft cheese 100gr|
|Butter and breadcrumbs necessary for the mold|
How to cook it
Take the boiled potatoes and mash them with a fork so that they become beautiful creamy, add the egg and parmesan. Adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper en drizzle of oil. Grease the molds by creme caramel and pass the bread crumbs.
