How to cook it

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces. Let them boil in salted water until they are tender and soft. Once cooked, drain and let it sit for a few minutes. Mash them until they seem mashed potatoes.

Immediately add the butter into small pieces and two egg yolks. Make the dough into balls using a spoon (you can also use the tools to be a confectioner to make different shapes). Put them on a baking sheet previously covered by baking paper. At this point, take the yolk remained and mix with a teaspoon of water.

Use it to brush the dough. Bake at 200 degrees centigrade for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
