Mix the ingredients and then meshed together on a pastry until the mixture is smooth and elastic which give the shape of a ball.
Place the dough in a bowl dusted with flour , and cover with a clean cloth and let rise in a warm place , away from drafts until it has doubled in volume (at least two hours).
After rising time , plenty of oil a baking sheet and lie pressing the dough with your hands and with your fingertips to form small depressions .
Let rise for another half hour.

Preparation of coating:
Peel and thinly slice the onions
Place them in a pan with 5 spoons of extra virgin olive oil and leave to simmer on low heat
When they are soft and cooked , add salt and turn off the heat (if you want to get a cake fairly soft , add a ladle of hot water to the onions in cooking , so they will not dry out too much).
Spent half an hour of rising , cover the dough with onions , distributing them evenly ;
Drain the tuna oil, break it into pieces and sprinkle on the onions.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
