Baccala with red onions

Hot to cook it
Cut the cod into pieces of 100 g, then dredge in flour . Fry on both sides of the slices of codfish in a pan with oil. In another pan braised sliced onions with a little bit of oil. Bake for 10 minutes on low heat , then add the clove of garlic and pour in the wine .
When the alcohol from the wine has evaporated, add tomato sauce and black olives , cook for another 5 minutes on low heat and savory sauce without excess. Please add at this point , the cod fillets and let cook for another 10 minutes.
